Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to book all hair extension appointments and is applied only if the appointment is completed.

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

  • Less than 48 hours: deposit is forfeited

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of service total is charged

  • No-shows: 100% of service total is charged

  • Arrivals 20+ minutes late may be treated as a cancellation

By booking, you authorize Tendere Hair to charge the card on file for applicable fees and balances.

Payments & Card on File

A valid card is required for all clients.

By booking or purchasing, you authorize charges for:

  • Deposits

  • Services rendered

  • Late cancellations or no-shows

  • Retail purchases

  • Shipping fees

  • Outstanding balances

Refund & Adjustment Policy (Services)

All services are non-refundable once performed.

One adjustment may be offered within 48 hours, at our discretion.

Adjustments do not include changes to:

  • Method

  • Color

  • Length

  • Style

outside of what was agreed upon during consultation.

Hair Extensions – Final Sale

All hair extensions are final sale.

Hair that is ordered, opened, installed, worn, toned, cut, or altered cannot be returned or

exchanged.

Custom hair orders are non-refundable once placed.

Retail Products (Non-Hair Items)

Retail products include shampoos, conditioners, styling products, treatments, brushes, and tools.

  • Unopened, unused items may be exchanged or issued store credit within 7 days

  • Receipt required

  • No cash or card refunds

Shipping Policy

Orders ship within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays).

  • U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clients are responsible for accurate shipping information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Photograph the box and product

  • File a claim with the carrier

  • Email Tendere Hair with your order number and photos
