Because we are an extensions salon and work with human hair and hygienic products, our policies are very strict for your safety and ours.
Salon Services
All services are non-refundable once they have been performed.
If you have any concerns about your extensions or service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We are happy to evaluate and, when appropriate, schedule a one-time adjustment.
Adjustments do not include a change of style, color, or method from what was originally agreed upon at the consultation.
Hair Extensions & Retail Products
Hair Extensions (Custom-Ordered or Installed Hair)
For hygiene and safety reasons, installed, worn, opened, or altered hair extensions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom-ordered hair that has been colored, toned, cut, or otherwise customized for you is also final sale.
Unopened Retail Hair / Products
Unopened, unused hair or retail products in their original packaging may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7–14 days of purchase (choose what you prefer), with original receipt.
We do not offer cash refunds for change of mind.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect product:
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, description of the issue, and photos.
If approved, we will provide instructions for return (if needed) and arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund for that item.
Return Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we sent the wrong item or a defective product.
If the error is ours, we will provide a prepaid return label. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
